Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 business working days.

Shipments or deliveries occur during the week, on weekends and holidays. Should we experience a high volume of orders, please expect delivery delays. Any delays in delivery will be communicated using the communication channels provided by the customer.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Unfortunately, for security reasons we only ship to physical addresses. We want to guarantee that your product reaches you.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once you place your order for shipping, you will immediately receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number. It is important to have your contact details updated. If for any reason you do not receive your tracking number and shipment confirmation, please do get in touch with us at Zoequanofficial@gmail.com.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Zoë Qu’an is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Zoë Qu’an is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We would really love to ship our products to all locations, but this is not always possible due to logistical issues beyond our control. Please contact us if you are unsure if we ship to your location.
